CAF Bounces Back From $140M Debt to $11.7M Profit Under Motsepe’s Leadership
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has recorded a profit for the first time in eight years, reversing years of financial losses.
According to reports, the body was over $140 million in debt before Patrice Motsepe took office in 2021.
Since then, CAF’s annual revenue has risen sharply to about $150 million, with the latest accounts showing a surplus of $11.7 million a major turnaround credited to Motsepe’s reforms and financial discipline.
