Captain Ibrahim Traoré has spoken defiantly about the threats he says he faces because of his leadership stance and reform agenda.
According to him, he is frequently warned that he could meet the same fate as past African leaders such as Muammar Gaddafi or Thomas Sankara figures often cited as symbols of resistance and radical change on the continent.
Traoré said he is not afraid of such threats and remains resolute in his commitment to his people.
