Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has praised Morgan Rogers for his impressive performances at Aston Villa, reflecting on the young talent's time with City's second team.

 Guardiola recalled moments when Rogers joined first-team training sessions, noting that even then, there were signs of something special.

“We saw glimpses of his ability when he trained with us occasionally,” Guardiola said. “What he’s doing at Villa now is incredible. He’s turned into an outstanding player. We knew he had it in him exceptional talent.”
