Physical therapist and content creator Lizzie Kieffer is grieving the heartbreaking loss of her 12-month-old daughter, Lilian "Lily" Louise Kieffer.

"We are shattered," she wrote. "On Wednesday, we woke up to a nightmare we never imagined could become our reality. Our Lily passed away."
