Nyesom Wike, minister of the federal capital territory (FCT), has dismissed claims by Bala Mohammed, governor of Bauchi State, alleging that he influenced the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to pursue terrorism financing charges against the state’s commissioner for finance.

Reacting to the accusation, Wike challenged Bala Mohammed to prove his innocence by presenting himself before the anti-graft agency, insisting that he has no hand in the matter
