Trump Jokes About NATO Chief’s ‘Daddy’ Remark in Lighthearted Exchange
Former U.S. President Donald Trump, in a playful moment, responded to a reporter who referenced the NATO chief calling him “daddy.”
When asked if he sees NATO allies as his children, Trump replied with a laugh,
“He did it very affectionately. ‘Daddy, you’re my daddy.’”
Earlier, Trump was also heard saying, “Go ahead, back white, white jacket,” in an offhand comment during the same interaction.
