Oyo State Government Files 18-Count Criminal Charges Against Prophetess Naomi and Others

The Oyo State Government has filed an extensive 18-count criminal charge against Prophetess Naomi Silekunola, the ex-wife of the Ooni of Ife, alongside Alhaji Oriyomi Hazmat, owner of Agidigbo 88.7 FM, and Abdullahi Fasasi, Principal of Islamic High School. 

These charges arise from a tragic incident in December 2024 during a charity event organized by Naomi in collaboration with Agidigbo FM, intended to provide meals for the less privileged. The event, held at the Islamic High School in Ibadan, ended in disaster when a stampede resulted in the deaths of over 32 children
