NASENI Announces Upcoming Maiden Flight for Made-in-Nigeria Helicopter

Nigeria is set to make aviation history as the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) has confirmed that the first Made-in-Nigeria helicopter is nearing completion and will soon take its maiden flight.

Speaking on the progress, Engr. Kareem Aduagba, Project Manager at NASENI’s Aeronautics and Air Vehicle Development Institute, stated that the indigenous helicopter, set to be officially named the “Nigerian Chopper,” has reached its final development stages.
