A newly resurfaced legal document reveals that Elon Musk and Amber Heard were involved in a legal dispute over embryos they created together during their on-and-off relationship from 2016 to 2018.

 The details were revealed in a declaration signed by Jennifer Howell, a close friend of Heard's sister, Whitney.

According to Howell’s testimony, which was not admitted as evidence in the high-profile defamation trial between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, Musk wanted to destroy the embryos, while Heard wanted to keep them with hopes of having a child. This dispute was reportedly one of the private legal battles Heard was involved in during that time
