Man Arrested for Allegedly Killing Older Brother Over Foodstuff in Anambra

Police operatives from the Abagana Police Divisional Headquarters arrested 37-year-old Anthony Kosisochukwu Okafor in connection with the death of his elder brother, 45-year-old Emmanuel Okafor, in Anambra State.

According to SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the police spokesperson, the incident occurred on February 7, 2025, following a heated argument between the brothers regarding the use of foodstuffs in their household. 

During the altercation, Kosisochukwu allegedly used a stick to pierce Emmanuel's chest.
