Fidelity Bank Names Amaka Onwughalu as New Board Chair
Fidelity Bank Plc has announced the appointment of Amaka Onwughalu as its new board chair, with effect from January 1.
She succeeds Mustafa Chike Obi, whose tenure ended on December 31, 2025.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the bank said the leadership transition is in line with its corporate governance policy and long term succession plan.
