AfDB Secures $2.2 Billion for Second Phase of Agro-Industrial Zones in Nigeria
The African Development Bank (AfDB) and its partners have successfully mobilized $2.2 billion (approximately N3.4 trillion) to launch the second phase of the Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) project.
The initiative will be implemented across 24 states in Nigeria, aiming to boost agricultural processing, create jobs, and stimulate economic growth in the country’s rural areas.
