Abia Lawmakers to Stage Peaceful March to Abuja
The Abia State House of Assembly has revealed plans to embark on a peaceful march to Abuja to press for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Lawmakers say the demonstration aims to draw national attention to Kanu’s continued detention and urge the federal government to take swift action toward resolving the matter.
