Two Lawmakers Dump PDP, Labour Party for APC in House of Representatives
The House of Representatives witnessed two defections today as lawmakers from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP) crossed over to the All Progressives Congress (APC) during a session in the Green Chamber.
Peter Akpanke, who represents the Obanliku/Obudu/Bekwarra federal constituency in Cross River State, officially left the PDP for the APC.
Similarly, Prof. Paul Nnamchi, representing the Enugu East/Isi Uzo federal constituency in Enugu State, announced his defection from the Labour Party to the APC.
