Tinubu Appoints Akinola as MD, Adetunmbi as Chairman of South West Development Commission

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Charles Akinola as the Managing Director of the newly established South West Development Commission (SWDC).

Also appointed is Senator Olubunmi Adetunmbi, who will serve as Chairman of the Commission.

The new leadership is expected to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at addressing infrastructure needs, economic empowerment, and sustainable development across the South West region.
