Tanker Explosion Sparks Chaos 

A fuel-laden tanker erupted in flames after crashing at the NASFAT section of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Tuesday, June 11, leaving two people injured and several vehicles destroyed.

According to Babatunde Akinbiyi, spokesperson for the Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), the victims were rushed to Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital in Shagamu for treatment.

The fire, triggered by the overturned tanker, engulfed six vehicles among them four trucks, a commercial bus, and a Toyota Camry causing significant damage and traffic disruption in the area
