Chukwudi Okonkwo Goodness Bags 74-Year Jail Term 

A Lagos High Court in Ajah has handed down a 74-year prison sentence to businessman Chukwudi Okonkwo Goodness after he was found guilty of defrauding a man of N360 million and issuing multiple dishonored cheques.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) first arraigned Goodness in 2016 on a 33-count charge that included theft and fraud-related offenses.

 According to court records, the funds belonged to one Henry Nnadike and were misappropriated by the defendant between June and July 2015
