Qatar Pledges $10 Billion Investment in India to Strengthen Economic Ties

Qatar has announced a $10 billion investment in India, marking a significant move to deepen economic relations between the two nations.

The decision follows high-level discussions between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Qatar’s Amir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, during the leader’s visit to New Delhi. 

The investment will target key sectors such as infrastructure, technology, manufacturing, and logistics.

Additionally, both countries have expressed their commitment to doubling their trade volume over the next five years, further solidifying their economic partnership.
