President Trump Signs Executive Order Freezing Aid to South Africa Over Land Seizure Law

President Trump has signed an executive order freezing aid to South Africa in response to the country's controversial law permitting the seizure of farmland from white farmers without compensation. 

The order accuses the South African government of expropriating "ethnic minority Afrikaners' agricultural property" and enacting numerous policies that undermine equal opportunity in employment, education, and business.

The executive order also criticizes South African leaders for adopting "aggressive positions towards the United States and its allies," citing the country's recent accusations against Israel of genocide at the International Court of Justice and its strengthening ties with Iran
