Peter Okoye Testifies in Court Against Brother Jude Over Alleged N1.38 Billion Mismanagement

Peter Okoye, one half of the music duo P-Square, appeared as the first prosecution witness in a fraud case against his older brother and former manager, Jude Okoye. 

The case, involving an alleged N1.38 billion financial misappropriation, is being heard at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, with Justice A. Owoeye presiding.

During the court session on Monday, April 14, Peter testified under the guidance of EFCC's legal counsel, Aso Larrys Peters. He recounted the evolution of P-Square from its formation in 1997 to its initial disbandment in 2017 and eventual reunion in 2021.
