Peter Nwachukwu, Husband of Late Gospel Singer Osinachi, Sentenced to Death

Peter Nwachukwu, the husband of late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu, has been sentenced to death by hanging by the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, for culpable homicide in connection with Osinachi’s death on April 8, 2022. 

The judgment was delivered by Justice Nwosu-lheme.

Nwachukwu had been arraigned on 23 charges, including spousal battery, cruelty to children, and criminal intimidation.
