Nigeria’s Trade Volume Hits ₦36 Trillion in Q1 2025 as Exports Outpace Imports
Nigeria's total trade activity for the first quarter of 2025 reached ₦36.02 trillion, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
This represents a 6.19% growth compared to the ₦33.93 trillion recorded in the same period last year.
Imports for Q1 2025 stood at ₦15.43 trillion up 4.59% from the ₦14.75 trillion in Q1 2024.
