Michelle Obama Opens Up About Marrying Barack Despite Financial Struggles

Former First Lady Michelle Obama has shared insights into the early challenges she faced in her relationship with Barack Obama, particularly regarding their financial situation.

 In a recent episode of the IMO podcast, which she co-hosts with her brother, Craig Robinson, Michelle reflected on the early days of their relationship.

When asked by Robinson if she would be attracted to a man who wasn’t financially stable, Michelle responded candidly, “I married one.” She recalled leaving her job at a corporate law firm after meeting Barack and highlighted that his unwavering support meant more to her than financial security. “I had somebody who was like, 'I got your back.
