Edo Taskforce Dismisses Official After Viral Steering Incident

The Edo State Public Response Safety Team (PRST) has dismissed an official caught on tape struggling for control of a vehicle's steering with a bus driver in Benin City. The incident, which was captured in a 27-second viral video, raised concerns about the safety of the passengers as they pleaded for the situation to stop.

Kelly Okungbowa, the Coordinator of the PRST, addressed the public regarding the incident, acknowledging the inappropriate behavior of the officer. He emphasized that the PRST is not an enemy of drivers but rather aims to ensure order and proper conduct on the roads.
