Meghan Trainor Opens Up About Botox Regret and Upcoming Cosmetic Surgery Plans
Meghan Trainor has candidly shared her struggles with Botox, revealing that she can no longer smile after going overboard with the treatment. During a recent episode of her "Workin’ on It" podcast, hosted alongside her brother Ryan Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara, the 30-year-old pop star admitted, “I got too much Botox and I need help! I messed up!” Trainor explained that although she had previously received Botox on her forehead, she decided to experiment with a new area of her face this time. She was persuaded to try a "lip flip" to enhance the fullness of her upper lip, describing it as a misguided decision. “Someone convinced me with my little lips… that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip… It was not true,” she said. The singer expressed her frustration, stating, “I cannot smile anymore. Look, this is as big as I can smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try.” Sharing a humorous photo of herself holding a dog at a shelter, she joked about her frozen expression, saying, “I’m a happy person here. I’m holding a puppy. I don’t look happy. I look like I smelled someone’s fart.” In addition to her Botox experience, Trainor discussed plans for cosmetic surgery following her breastfeeding journey with her 1-year-old son, Barry. She expressed dissatisfaction with her post-breastfeeding body, saying, “My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty... I’ve lost some weight and I have… saggy sacks as boobs.” Trainor emphasized how her upcoming performances have influenced her decision to consider surgery. “What’s really difficult is when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for tour... I have to wear the most supportive bras and it could ruin the outfit,” she shared. “I’ve always joked and said for years like, ‘I can’t wait till I can get a boob job!’ I have wanted this my whole life
