Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has described Rabiu Kwankwaso as a distinguished Nigerian and a respected political figure.
According to Morka, Kwankwaso, as an elite and political icon, is fully entitled to make his own decisions, including the possibility of joining the APC.
