Governor Seyi Makinde Dares APC: “Go to Court Instead of Resorting to Self-Help”

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, while speaking in Osun State has issued a strong challenge to opposition members, particularly the All Progressives Congress (APC). 

He urged them to seek legal redress if they have grievances rather than resorting to self-help tactics.

Makinde emphasized that the era of using “federal might” to undermine democracy is over, reaffirming his commitment to upholding democratic principles.

 He stated that Nigeria’s democracy must be protected from undue influence and intimidation, calling on all political actors to respect the rule of law.
