Governor Fintiri Warns Criminals After DSS Rescues Catholic Priests Without Ransom

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has praised the Department of State Services (DSS) for their swift and successful rescue of two kidnapped Catholic priests in Numan without the payment of any ransom.

He applauded the intelligence-driven operation that led to the safe recovery of Rev. Fathers Matthew David Dusami and Abraham Samman, as well as the arrest of the suspected abductor, identified as Tahamado Jonathan Damien, a member of the church.

Governor Fintiri issued a strong warning to criminals, stating that his administration will not show leniency to anyone involved in criminal acts. “We will not spare anybody found wanting, no matter who you are,” he declared.
