Hansi Flick has expressed his satisfaction with Wojciech Szczęsny’s presence at Barcelona, hinting at his desire for the experienced goalkeeper to remain with the club. 

“I’m pleased with Szczęsny, and I believe he’s happy at Barcelona too,” Flick remarked.

In a lighthearted moment, the new Barça manager also made a surprising revelation.

 “He smokes a little, which was new to me… but he’s of the right age, and he seems more composed now,” Flick joked, suggesting that experience has mellowed the Polish shot-stopper.
