America's envoy to Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, has reportedly informed allies that he is developing "end of war" options to present to President Donald Trump, aiming to bring an end to the ongoing conflict.

 According to the Semafor news site, Kellogg has shared his plans during recent meetings with U.S. allies.

Despite expectations that a proposal might emerge at the Munich Security Conference this week, Kellogg has denied that he will be ready to present a formal plan at the event.
