86-Year-Old Ugandan Deputy PM Moses Ali Nominated from His Car Amid Health Concerns

Uganda’s long-serving lawmaker and Deputy Prime Minister, Moses Ali, has been nominated to contest in the upcoming elections while seated in his car due to health challenges.

At 86, Moses Ali remains a prominent figure in Ugandan politics. 

Despite his declining health, he continues to serve and has now been officially nominated for re-election.

 Ali has held several key positions in the Ugandan government, including Minister of Finance, Interior, and Sports. He has also represented his constituency in parliament for an impressive 24 years.
