Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Jack Grealish is on his way out of the club, emphasizing the need for the English midfielder to find more consistent playing time.

“Jack is an exceptional player,” Guardiola said. 

“But in the last couple of seasons, he hasn’t played as much as he should. 
He needs to feel those butterflies again playing every three days, competing, and showing the world the quality we all know he has.”

The City boss made it clear that Grealish’s departure isn’t about a lack of talent, but about giving the player space to thrive and regain momentum in his career.
