Dr. Tafadzwa Mandiwanza has made history as the first woman to qualify as a paediatric neurosurgeon in Ireland.
Originally from Zimbabwe, she pursued her lifelong passion for medicine and has now broken barriers in one of the most demanding and male dominated specialties.
Dr. Mandiwanza says she finds great fulfillment in treating children, describing them as remarkably resilient compared to adults.
