“Your Lawsuit Cannot Scare Me” — Judy Austin’s Ex-Husband Reacts to N1bn Defamation Suit

Judy Austin’s former husband, Mr Obasi, has responded to reports that she filed a ₦1 billion defamation lawsuit against him, insisting that the legal action will not silence him.

In a video, Obasi said he was prepared to face whatever consequences might arise from continuing to speak about his experiences, maintaining that the lawsuit would not intimidate him.

He questioned the basis of the legal action, asking, “So when did telling the truth become defamation?”

Obasi also declared that he would rather face imprisonment or continue pursuing the return of his children than remain silent.

He maintained that he would continue speaking publicly about what he claims happened during his previous marriage, despite the reported lawsuit.
