Woman Who Accused Jay-Z and Diddy Seeks Dismissal 

The woman who previously accused music moguls Jay-Z and Diddy of sexually assaulting her as a minor is now asking a court to throw out a defamation lawsuit filed against her by Jay-Z.

In court filings submitted on Tuesday, the woman who initially filed her claim under the pseudonym Jane Doe has requested the Alabama court dismiss Jay-Z’s suit, arguing that her original allegations are protected by legal privilege, as they were made in court documents. 

She also maintains that her statements during an NBC interview were based solely on those same documents
