Wike, Fayose, Ortom, Ikpeazu Hold Closed-Door Meeting with President Tinubu in Abuja

Some of Nigeria’s political heavyweights were at the Presidential Villa in Abuja today for a closed-door meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, was in attendance alongside former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, ex-Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom, and his counterpart from Abia, Okezie Ikpeazu.

While the exact agenda for the meeting was not made public, political watchers say it may be related to ongoing realignments and consultations following the 2027 coming elections.
