Wike and Governor Fubara Declare Peace in Rivers State, Pledge to Work Together

In a significant step towards ending the political tension in Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has confirmed that all parties involved have reached a mutual agreement to work together with Governor Siminalayi Fubara. 

Wike stated, “We have all agreed to work together with the governor, and the governor has agreed to work with all of us. For me, everything is over.”

Governor Fubara also expressed confidence in the peace deal, assuring that stability has returned to the state.

 “Peace has returned to Rivers State. We will do everything in our power to make sure we sustain it this time around,” he said.
