Wisconsin Congressman Tom Tiffany has given an emotional account of the terrifying moment the Beechcraft K35 aircraft he was aboard suddenly lost power on Saturday night.
The plane was forced into an emergency landing, plunging into the pitch-black waters of Lake Wausau as the situation quickly turned into a fight for survival.
