VP Shettima speaks on Tinubu’s Commitment to Inclusive Governance with New Federal University in Southern Kaduna

Vice President Kashim Shettima has emphasized President Bola Tinubu’s dedication to inclusive leadership, citing the recent establishment of the Federal University of Applied Sciences in Kachia, Kaduna State.

Speaking on the decision, Shettima acknowledged that the All Progressives Congress (APC) did not perform well in Southern Kaduna during the last election but stressed that governance should not be about political gains alone.

"Just two weeks ago, he (President Tinubu) signed the bill for the establishment of the Federal University of Applied Sciences in Kachia, Kaduna State. You and I know that, in terms of performance, the APC performed woefully in Southern Kaduna, but leadership is about inclusivity," Shettima stated.
