Valentine Ozigbo Drags APC to Court Over Anambra Guber Primary

Valentine Ozigbo has filed a lawsuit challenging the outcome of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary held in Anambra State on April 5, describing the process as “a fraud” and “a well-scripted illusion.”

The suit, filed at the Federal High Court in Awka by Ozigbo's legal team led by Umeh Kalu, seeks the nullification of Nicholas Ukachukwu’s nomination.

 Ozigbo is also demanding that the APC conduct a fresh primary and declare him the rightful candidat
