Trump Claims Putin Agrees to Immediate Ukraine War Negotiations After "Lengthy" Call

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that he held a "lengthy" conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which Putin allegedly agreed to "immediately" begin negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.

Posting on Truth Social on Wednesday, Trump stated that he and Putin discussed closer cooperation, including potential visits to each other’s countries. 

He also mentioned his intention to call Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to inform him about the conversation.
