President Donald Trump expressed strong disapproval when he learned that Elon Musk was scheduled to receive a secret briefing at the Pentagon regarding war plans with China.

 Furious over the matter, Trump personally intervened and had the event canceled.

The president was reportedly upset due to Musk's extensive business dealings in China, with billions of dollars at stake. 

 An official explained to Axios, "POTUS still has great respect for Elon, but there are boundaries that cannot be crossed."
