Tony Cole Calls for Federal and State Political Actors to Step Down Amid Rivers Crisis

Tony Cole has stated that President Bola Tinubu faces a tough decision regarding the ongoing political turmoil in Rivers State. 

He emphasized that all political actors at both federal and state levels should step down to allow for a resolution.

According to Cole, while the declaration of a state of emergency is a difficult decision for Governor Siminalayi Fubara, it is not enough to resolve the crisis. He stressed that without the necessary political steps, the conflict will continue.
