Tinubu Hints at Wike Joining APC: “We’ll Welcome Him If He Decides to Come”

President Bola Tinubu has publicly acknowledged his admiration for Nyesom Wike, the current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, during the commissioning of major road infrastructure projects in Abuja.

Speaking at the event, which included the unveiling of the Maitama-Gishiri Bridge and the Katampe Jahi Mabushi link roads, Tinubu said,

 “We have somebody in Nyesom Wike. He is not a member of my party at least, not yet but the day he changes his mind and registers with the progressives, we will welcome him.
