Sule Lamido Stresses PDP’s Crucial Role in Nigeria’s Democracy

Former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido has emphasized the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as a vital pillar in Nigeria’s democratic journey.

 Speaking on Channels Television’s Political Paradigm programme, Lamido highlighted that the party’s survival is closely linked to the country’s own stability. 

He warned that if the PDP were to collapse, Nigeria risks producing an authoritarian ruler, describing such a scenario as the emergence of an “emperor” as president.
