South-South APC Leaders Declare Support for Tinubu’s 2027 Re-election Bid

Top leaders and governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Nigeria’s south-south region have officially backed President Bola Tinubu for a second term in office. 

The endorsement was announced during an APC stakeholders’ meeting held on Saturday in Benin City, Edo State.

According to Fred Itua, chief press secretary to the Edo governor, the gathering brought together key party figures who commended Tinubu’s leadership and expressed strong support for his Renewed Hope agenda as preparations for the 2027 elections begin
