Proposed Changes to UK Citizenship Requirements
Kemi Badenoch has announced that immigrants seeking British citizenship should be required to reside in the UK for 15 years, an increase from the current six-year requirement.
Additionally, she stated that individuals who enter the UK illegally would face a permanent ban on obtaining UK citizenship.
