Pastor Tunde Bakare Accuses Tinubu of Leading Nigeria Toward Tyranny, Calls for Leadership Rethink

Pastor Tunde Bakare, founder of The Citadel Global Community Church, has strongly criticized the administration of President Bola Tinubu, accusing it of steering Nigeria towards tyranny and worsening the country’s political and economic crises.

 In a passionate State of the Nation address delivered at his church in Oregun, Lagos, Bakare condemned the escalating poverty, political instability, and especially the situation in Rivers State.

Bakare described Nigeria’s current state as being far beyond economic hardship, highlighting that the nation’s spirit has been broken. He expressed concerns that the rising frustration among the nation's poor could lead to serious unrest unless prompt and effective actions are taken
