Palmeiras President Confirms Man City's Offer for Vitor Reis
Palmeiras president Leila Pereira has confirmed that Manchester City has made an official offer for Vitor Reis, but stated that it was insufficient.
Pereira mentioned that negotiations are ongoing, saying,
“If we get to a fee which is good for Palmeiras, for the boy, and for City, OK. But nothing is decided.”
