Olukoyede Urges Students to Lead the Fight Against Financial Crimes and Cybercrime

The Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has called on Nigerian students to take active roles as change agents in the fight against economic and financial crimes, particularly cybercrime.

Olukoyede made this appeal on Thursday, July 3, 2025, during the official inauguration of the Integrity Club and Zero Tolerance Club at Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto. 

Represented by the Head of Public Affairs for the Sokoto Zonal Directorate, Assistant Commander of the EFCC, ACE II Kamilu Ibrahim Gebi, he urged the over 500 students who took an oath of office to reject all forms of financial misconduct and uphold integrity as they prepare for their future careers.
